HR Analyst I

If so, we are seeking an HR Analyst I who is accountable for the comprehensive administration and analysis of HR processes critical to client service delivery as required by the central functions team of HR Advisory Advisors and Specialists. The incumbent provides effective support of critical HR Advisory functions and/or projects requiring close collaboration with e-wide HR teams and other COE’s. What You Will Do:
  • Responsible for the processing and maintenance of HCM (Human Capital Management) position management requirements. This includes but not limited to:
  • Position creation and maintenance.
  • Employee Job and Compensation Changes.
  • Validation of supervisory organization assignments.
  • Participation and collaboration in HR Advisory SME groups, acting as a subject expert and resource for the broader Advisory team.
  • Ability to provide guidance to people leaders and HR Advisory team members with transactional Workday activity related to to Human Capital Management business (HCM) processes.
  • Actively engage in the process of continuous improvement and harmonization in a broad range of HCM policies, procedures, programs and practices across HR Advisory Services.
  • Able to recommend solutions to efficient day to day processes/procedures and support audit requests from internal HR stakeholders as required .
  • Ensures the consistent interpretation and application of HR policies, procedures, and guidelines across the organization.
  • Accountable for the creation of internal employment letters for placements.
  • Maintains general knowledge of annual cycle tools and functionality while responding directly to client and escalated myHR inquiries as needed.
  • Prepares, on an ad hoc basis, reports in support of HR Advisory Services day to day support, projects, HR Cycles or initiatives.
Who You Are:
  • Bachelors Degree in HR, Business Management or a related field and limited previous experience OR this role may be filled with a senior level administrator with 5 or more years of experience.
  • Resourceful and results oriented.
  • Proficient computing skills including proficiency with MS Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Well-developed prioritization and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive issues with sound judgment, tact, and discretion.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail with a demonstrated high degree of accuracy.
Physical Requirements (Include but are not limited to): Grasping, kneeling, light – moderate lifting (objects up to 20 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, typing, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement and the ability to sit at a computer for long periods of time. Mental Requirements (Both field & office) include but are not limited to: Ability to: understand, remember and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information, understand complex problems and collaborate/explore alternative solutions, organize thoughts and ideas into understandable terminology, organize and prioritize work schedule on a short-term basis, make decisions which have moderate impact on the immediate work unit and monitor impact outside this area, understand and follow basic instructions and guidelines, complete routine forms, compose letters, outlines, memoranda and basic reports and communicate with individuals via telephone.
