TITLE: HR Manager (hybrid role)

GROWING, GLOBAL manufacturer is looking for an HR Manager for their non-union plant in VA - will lead the HR team at the site.
SUMMARY:
- Provide the full range of HR leadership/expertise and HR Business Partner/HR Generalist support to a non-union manufacturing plant with a total of around 600 employees
- Key member of the Plant Leadership Team
- Three direct reports
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of HR Generalist experience
- 5+ years of HR Leadership experience in manufacturing
- HR experience in manufacturing, distribution, warehouse, or similar industries
- Excellent communication skills
- Hands-on, self-motivated, and goal-oriented individual
- Bachelor’s Degree
