Summary:

The ideal candidate will be a dynamic, persuasive, diplomatic individual with the ability to think critically and work efficiently. A successful candidate is accountable, quality focused, and agile. At the direction of their manager the project consultant will design, create, and deliver scalable HR solutions to unique business problems. Adept at project management and meeting deadlines, the project consultant will create material using MS Office suite and related software to design and adapt content for delivery to the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualizes, plans, and produces project outputs supporting HR and business strategy.
  • Independently and collaboratively manages projects and their respective sub tasks providing frequent progress updates.
  • Creates and manages project documentation, data analytic components, and high-quality outputs using a variety of genres: reporting, presentations, communications, etc.
  • Is a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in project coordination, collaboration, and project execution.
  • Proactively seeks and recommends innovative ways to improve the HR portfolio contributions to the proper business audience in an approach that is measurable and to scale.
  • Seeks, develops, and establishes business relationships with both HR and non-HR functions (e.g., Customer Care, Finance, Legal, IT, etc.) to understand strategic objectives, and in turn provides support by executing project and strategic deliverables.
  • Leads and manages smaller workstreams and projects independently and in consultation with HRBP teams to determine tasks and leading them to completion.
  • Pro-actively develops close partnerships with the HRBP’s and actively collaborates and communicates with the HR team and other appropriate stakeholders to ensure the preparation & execution of strategic initiatives.
  • Provides solutions that will achieve the business strategy, maximizing ROI.
  • Delivers tactical support to HRBP’s in the areas of talent management, DE&I initiatives, employee experience, talent strategy, growth strategy, org design and development, strategic business planning, etc.
  • Partners with HRBPs to resolve business leadership concerns and proactively monitors trends to avoid pitfalls as needed.
  • Utilizes HRIS information and other business information to develop and provide reports for read-outs; performs in-depth analysis for various HR and business leadership as needed.
  • Strong project management skills to identify project need, timeline, scope, and deliverables.
  • Using applicable software, develops and delivers scalable templates that can be adapted and used across ADT business teams.
  • Strong business acumen paired with highly developed analytical skills to investigate, design, and implement effective HR solutions.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field required, or 3+ years of equivalent work experience required.
  • PMP Certification preferred.

Experience:

  • Successful tactical and measurable contributions within a high-performance team.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet goals while working under limited supervision.
  • Proven record of value-added project work in a variety of content.
  • Established competency in working with all levels of stakeholders.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and the Microsoft suite of products.
  • High comfortability working independently and in consultation with colleagues and leaders.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and follow-up skills and the ability to hold oneself accountable to specific deadlines and timeframes.
  • Ability to work in a highly matrixed, fast-paced, and changing environment.
  • High level of interpersonal skills and sound judgment to handle sensitive and confidential situations and information.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with internal business partners, leaders, and employees.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to develop clear and concise written and oral communications.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to apply a broad knowledge of principles, practices, and procedures in field of specialization.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated data driven approach to decision-making.
  • Proven track record for thriving under pressure and delivering high-quality output in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, HRIS, and other HR support systems.

Pay and Benefits Disclosure:

The salary range for this role is $52,921-$105,842 and is based on experience and qualifications. Certain roles are eligible for annual bonus and may include equity. These awards are allocated based on company and individual performance. We offer employees access to healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits and paid time off among others. Employees accrue up to 120 hours in their first year. Your accrual rate increases after your first year. We also offer 6 paid holidays.
