This role will report to the Sky Harbor, Phoenix location. You will provide HR support while partnering with cross-functional teams and leaders to broker HR services. You will actively engage in staffing, employee relations, organizational development, compensation, and talent management. You will utilize your HR functional expertise to align critical human resources principles with business objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Work closely with peers and COEs across the company to plan and implement various initiatives and processes
  • Drive organizational effectiveness
  • Succession planning and talent development/retention
  • Project management of key programs and priorities
  • Analyzing data to drive critical business decisions
  • Employee investigations & Employee relations
  • Workforce Planning & Manage Talent
  • Lead change
  • Build relationships and broker services
  • Act as a coach and confidant

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS
Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Minimum 18 months of HR experience
