Bilingual Human Resources Generalist

Coastal Waste & Recycling is experiencing explosive growth and with growth comes opportunity. We are regional waste and recycling, hauling, and disposal company and are currently adding a Bilingual People Experience Ambassador / Human Resources Generalist to help support this growth.
Responsibilities:
We are looking for someone with outstanding administrative and communication skills. The Bilingual People Experience Ambassador / Human Resources Generalist is responsible for completing various tasks to support the daily operations of the HR Department, including assisting with recruiting and hiring processes, onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and processing payroll. You will also provide assistance to employees with HR-related inquiries and requests. You will be the face of the department and the go-to person for many items. Customer service and confidentiality are critical in this role.

Qualifications:
Qualified candidates for this position will have strong customer service skills and be very organized. Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
