Education & Experience
Required:

Key Responsibilities

Job Summary

Under the direction of the Training Supervisor, will coordinate new hire schedules and activities and facilitate training. Areas of responsibility include ensuring that all administrative training offered to staff meets all contractual requirements for topic, content, delivery, and documentation. Focus will be on meeting the educational needs of TriWest employees, particularly those needs relating to Medical Management and Operational knowledge and expertise.
Education & Experience
Required:
• High school diploma or GED • Two (2) years of experience working with CareRadius or similar medical management system • Experience in training delivery, serving as a subject matter expert or team lead
Preferred:
• Associates Degree (AS) Degree in Business Management, Education, Communication, Behavioral Science or equivalent experience • Experience with CareRadius
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver new hire training for key functions of the business. • Coordinate and deliver training to aid in the professional development of administrative staff, including, but not limited to, such topics as customer service and additional training content as needed and/or requested. • Assist in coordinating resources for all new hire and ongoing training. • Assist with training department-specific needs, including the compliance with the department policies and procedures, maintaining required training documentation, participating in process improvement meetings, and other duties as appropriate and requested. • Deliver training through a variety of methods, including: asynchronous online courses, classroom instruction, synchronous desktop training and one-on-one sessions. • Participate as a member of the Training team, in an effort to identify staff learning needs, plan and implement appropriate interventions, and evaluate the effectiveness of actions.

Job Summary
The IT Solutions Architect will oversee the design and constitute the blueprint for the solution converting business requirements into technical solutions. The IT Solutions Architect will be responsible for the development of the technology solutions and mapping the business requirements to system/technical requirements to ensure they are in line with the enterprise architectural plans. The IT Solutions Architect will work closely with the director of architecture to design, document, and gain support for existing and new architecture standards across the IT enterprise. Working with Business Analysts and business operations staff, this role will be responsible for the development of the technology solutions supporting business priorities and mapping the business requirements to system/technical requirements to ensure they are in line with the enterprise architectural standards. This position will provide prescriptive guidance to operational support teams which align with TriWest’s architecture standards across network, operating systems, and virtualization, as well as mid-tier technologies such as application integrations, Federated authentication, and security applications.
The IT Solutions Architect maintains awareness of current and emerging technologies, information security contractual requirements and IT solution standards; aligns with TriWest’s mission and support priorities of the business to deliver quality care to our customer base; represents a collaborative approach to solutions with business operations representatives and senior leadership; approach problem solving with an “anything is possible” attitude.
Education & Experience
Required:
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience • 8+ years of relevant IT experience in software development, application implementation/support or infrastructure implementation/support • Working knowledge of all components of typical solutions found in a large/enterprise IT environment • Experience defining and implementing technical solutions using customer defined objectives • Experience translating business needs into technical requirements. • Experience applying multiple solutions to business problems.
Preferred:

Key Responsibilities
• Serve as a key member of the architecture team responsible for supporting IT and business operations • Interface with business representatives and vendors to understand the needs of the business. • Work with other professionals to design solution architecture for business. • Suggest and implement programs and initiatives for the Architecture team and IT organization.
