At Real HR Hero, we provide a variety of virtual Fractional Human Resources (HR) Support Services to small- to mid-sized organizations across the US. We support our clients in strategizing and implementing plans to improve their HR infrastructure in a way that works for them. What we do is a step (or several steps) above what other HR resources offer – where you are only getting compliance advice, but not real-life implementation guidance. We dive in with you and support you along the way, whether that is hands-on HR Business Partner support or just expert advisory support. We are your compliance partner and your HR business partner – we are experts in not only what to do, but how to do HR right! We also offer recruiting/talent acquisition, payroll administration, benefits support, and special projects – i.e. Employee Handbook creation, 360 Review, Compensation Plans/Career Tracks/Job Analysis, etc.

About Good InsightFounded in 2013, Good Insight is a retained executive search firm serving the social sector. Our mission is to help good causes connect to great leaders, which we do by planning leadership transitions, recruiting exceptionally talented executives, and strengthening boards of directors. The Search Associate plays an active role in our efforts to build an antiracist consulting practice. They will join a group of people forming a shared philosophical commitment to antiracism, while also understanding the opportunities and limitations of executive search to shift the nonprofit sector from predominantly white workplaces. We are reimagining how we use leadership transitions as a tool for racial, economic, and social justice. Good Insight is a virtual organization headquartered in Washington, DC with a team of 8 working remotely from their home offices. We strive for a 35-hour work week, with team members working as their schedule allows with some set availability between the core hours of 10 AM and 4 PM Eastern. Client demands mean that our team sometimes works outside of normal business hours (i.e., evenings and weekends), which we offset with flexible daytime hours. Some travel is required to support client engagements or professional development (5-10%).Good Insight is building a team of people who want to use their work to make the world a better place.
