TITLE: HR Business Partner/Senior HR Business Partner – level depends on experience (hybrid role)

COMPENSATION: Depends on experience

GROWING, GLOBAL manufacturer is looking for an HR Business Partner/Senior HR Business Partner (depends on experience) for their union plant in MO to lead the HR team.

 

SUMMARY:

- Provide the full range of HR leadership/expertise and HR Business Partner/HR Generalist support to a union manufacturing plant with a total of around 100 employees

- Key member of the Plant Leadership Team

- Two direct reports

 

REQUIREMENTS:

- 3+ years of HR Generalist, Employee Relations, and/or Recruiting experience 

- HR experience in manufacturing, distribution, warehouse, or similar industries is preferred, but not required

- Union/labor relations experience is a plus, but not required 

- Excellent communication skills

- Hands-on, self-motivated, and goal-oriented individual

- Bachelor’s Degree
